Delivery & Shipping

Questions about delivery and shipping.

Your orders placed on Bulderi until 15:00 are delivered to the cargo company on the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 are delivered to the cargo company in the first working hours of the next business day.

We provide all your cargo to Türkiye from our warehouse in Istanbul / Buyukcekmece. Local deliveries within Istanbul are delivered within 1-2 business days on average, while the remaining provinces outside of Istanbul are usually delivered within 1-3 business days via Yurtici Kargo.

Shipping is free for orders within Türkiye. For international shipments, destination country costs may arise.

Developments and status changes regarding your order are sent to your e-mail address you have ordered. After delivery to the cargo company, the cargo company will inform you via SMS. You can view the instant status of your order via the “Cargo Tracking Link” sent to your e-mail address and you via SMS.

Return & Refund

Questions about refunds and cancelations.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to cancel / return your order. Within 14 days, you must notify us via Live Support, WhatsApp, E-Mail in case of errors, defects or dislike on the product.

Unfortunately, returns/exchanges/cancellations cannot be provided for personalized (name printed) products and orders, except for printing errors and misspellings.

If the product you have purchased (available in your hand) is not personalized (name printing is not done), you can exchange it with the product you want in our store. In case of exchange, arrival / departure shipping costs ₺150 belong to you.

In case of departure/arrival, invoicing is made as ₺150.

Product & Collection

Questions about products.

Bulderi uses 1st class 100% genuine genuine leather in its collections. Almost all of our collections are made of genuine calfskin. Calfskin may not be available in some collections.

It is the common fate of all leathers to have a more mature appearance over time. Any Bulderi collection you have bought/will buy may change its color tone as it is subjected to use, contact and exposure to light. Although it may sound scary at first, the appearance that will be gained after years will have a much more established and vintage structure.

You can care for the products yourself with special leather creams. If you do not have a leather care cream, you can do your own care with vaseline etc. creams available at home. Remember, when cleaning and caring for your leather, do not clean it with materials such as direct contact with water, alcohol wipes, etc. At the same time, avoid situations such as machine washing etc.

When purchasing our products such as wallets, bags or card holders, you can continue with the personalization option. In this case, after the controls of your product are provided, manual manual printing is provided in our workshop through our hot plate printing machine. After the Hot Plate Printing application, your product passes to the packaging stage.

You do not need to make any additional notification to create a gift package for the orders you will create through Bulderi. Whether it is your first order on Bulderi or your tenth order, we always send it with a sealed gift box with our excitement and care on the first day. We do not charge and demand any fee from our customers for these transactions.

Payments

Questions about payments.

You have 2 types of payment options on Bulderi. You can make your payments safely and automatically 24/7 with your credit, debit and virtual cards with 3D Secure. Our users can complete their payments by making a bank transfer to our company account.

Transactions related to your card that you will make through POS are referred to as online payments. Our online payment provider is iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Iyzico for short), which is officially operating in Turkey, licensed by the BRSA and supervised by the CBRT. Sensitive information is not stored and processed on Bulderi servers. All transactions are carried out with SSL and Anti-Fraud filters that offer encrypted connection with 3D Secure.

Since Bulderi provides personalized name printing service, in addition to this, all orders are delivered with sealed gift packaging as standard, payment at the door with transparent packaging is not possible. To shop from Bulderi, you need to place a prepaid order. Opening your sealed package does not mean that you cannot return the product. If you have received a non-personalized product, you can make an unconditional & unconditional return within 14 days.
